Submit Butterfly Records Online - 2010 Season

Online recording for the 2010 season has now opened! Please could we ask you to carefully read the information below, before continuing:

This season (2010) we have made some changes to the recording form layout and the way you submit your records.

Recorder ID
For the last few seasons we have asked you to provide us with your contact telephone number and email address, incase we have to contact you, should we have an issue with your records. This season we have replaced these boxes with a new box called Recorder ID. Before members/recorders can submit their records (online) to us they will now need to enter a unique Recorder ID. Members/recorders will only need to request one of these once, and it must be entered each time records are submitted.

If you do not currently have a Recorder ID, please click here to request one. You will receive an email from the webmaster with your Recorder ID. Please allow 24 hours for this email to arrive. If you have not received a reply within that time, please contact Ben Kirby.

Please could we ask that you do not make up your own one or put in e.g Do Not Know, as if there is an issue with your records and we can not contact you, the records will be invalid and not entered into the Kent & national database.

Your Recorders ID is only valid for use on our online recording pages/system. If you are sending in your records by email or paper to our branch recorder please include your full details and NOT your online recorders ID. Thank you.
