** IMPORTANY SYSTEM NEWS/ONLINE RECORDING UPDATE **

The issues we were having receiving new Online Recorder ID requests, has now been successfully resolved.

If you tried to request one from noon on Sunday 2nd May 2010 til Thursday 6th May 2010 - 10:45am, please could we kindly ask you to re-submit your request. We will reply asap.
