The butterfly season is beginning to come to an end for the year.

Sorry but the request system/page for Online Recording ID’s, for the 2010 season, has now closed. Any recorder ID request received up today (23/08/10) will be issued. Please could we ask that you DO NOT make up a recorders ID, if you have not received one, as if your records have an issue with them, and we can not contact you, they will NOT be included.

Thank you to everyone who has taken the time to request one and sent in their records, online. Please note that online recording, for the 2010 season, will be closed down for the season as of 18:00 on Sunday 5th September 2010. Please could I ask online recorders to make sure all their records are submitted before then.

As from Monday 6th September, please could I ask online recorders to go through their submitted records on our website, and inform me via email of any corrections etc. Please let me know of any before Friday 10th September 2010.

All online records will be then given to our branch butterfly recorder on Friday 17th September 2010. Online recording is closing for the season, in September, to allow our branch recorder to look through the records and prepare his report for the AGM & Members Day 2010.

If you have any records to send in, after online recording closes for the season, please email them to Mike Easterbrook or pop them in the post.
